Students at BCWE benefit by being

mentored by capable church and college staff

The
basics of a solid college education are
taught each morning and then each student
gets to go into various fields and apply
just what they have learned in the
classroom. The product is a college
graduate that not only gets a complete
academic education, but also knows how to
reach, win, teach and develop disciples.
BCWE graduates go into the field
trained and prepared to do the work to which
God has called them.
Unlike
many traditional institutions, BCWE
provides several unique opportunities.
Students are allowed to interact and develop
relationships with the faculty. With
very small student to teacher ratios,
faculty can take a personal interest in the
mentoring of each student. Students
learn as they owrk along side of their
leaders. Nearly one half of the
credits for graduation comes from
in-the-field training.
